Saying Goodbye to Autumn

I love the fall weather; it has always represented, for me, a season of beginnings…new school year, new clothes, new books, and a brand new year just around the corner.  It is a chance to recharge, refresh, an opportunity to rethink my past and realign my future.  The colours of the fall offer up a canvas of possibilities enticing me to see far beyond the restrictions I have placed on my life.

I hear the whispers of the leaves as they catch the wind, I listen closely, and I know they are asking me to believe.  And I resolve to do better.

The scent of the fall air carries with it the enticing woodsy smell of a home hearth burning nearby, making me think of family and the openness of your soul when you love someone.

I look forward to fresh starts.

Fall is a great time of year, full of beautiful scenery that calms the soul. A great time to reflect on the past, present and future.
